Dr. Nick Schmidt is trained to offer DOT Medical Exams, alcohol tests, and drug testing for the trucking industry.  He and the staff are not only able to save you money and offer same day appointments, but they are also able to get drivers in and out of the office in as little as 30 minutes. Our office is cost competitive:

$65 for DOT physicals

$32 for alcohol testing and confirmation

$20 for drug collections

We are able to offer "one-stop shop" convenience for you or your driver's needs.  Dr. Nick Schmidt is certified as a TeamCME trained DOT Medical Examiner, Lifeloc Provisional Breath Alcohol Technician and Team CME accredited Urine Collector. 

Upcoming regulation changes will cause many physicians to stop performing the DOT Medical Exam.  You can depend on our clinic to continue to provide these important services to fit your needs.  We also work with a third party administrator that can oversee your testing program and be sure you are in compliance with DOT regulations if needed.
